we visited the factory at jiading that fabricated our first tissot kiosk and were happy with how the sizes of images and cabinets turned out, how the surfaces of things appeared. And later, upon invitation to lunch for the first time with our clients and contractors, we felt something close to a feeling of yankee-ness.

スイスの時計ブランド、ティソの一店舗目の製品チェックに上海郊外の嘉定へ出かけました。各要素のサイズとバランス、フラットな表情など、気にしていた箇所がいい感じで仕上がってきています。その後、このプロジェクト始まって以来初めてクライアントさんとランチをすることになりました。ティソは例外ですが、中国ではクライアントとの濃厚なお付き合いはまだまだよくあることです。我々も、ヤンキーとして論される資格が出来てきたのかもしれません。（概訳：佐伯）
